Ramya Kamalanathan is the Head of Technology for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory line of business. With over 16 years at the company, she has driven key technology and data initiatives globally. Over the years, Ramya's role expanded into product management and operations before leading technology and data functions, focusing on innovation, data optimization, and fostering collaboration. Her passion lies in leveraging AI and data to shape the future of Commercial Real Estate. Ramya’s vision includes enhancing Cushman & Wakefield’s capabilities with emerging technologies, delivering deeper insights to clients and employees alike. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid Formula One (F1) enthusiast, cheering for Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton, while also recognizing the dominance of Max Verstappen at Red Bull.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

David Crawford

Vice President of Talent Acquisition at New York-Presbyterian Hospital

 

David A. Crawford, M.B.A., is Vice President, Talent Acquisition for New York-Presbyterian. In this role, he is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and employment branding/marketing. Mr. Crawford joined NewYork-Presbyterian in 2015 with significant experience in talent acquisition strategy, talent management, and workplace diversity. Previously, he served as Vice President for Global Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, where he brought thought leadership to the company’s internal and external talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, he worked for two years at BlackRock as Director and Global Head of Recruiting and Diversity. From 1985 through 2008, Mr. Crawford worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., with increasing levels of responsibility, serving in both the Operations and Finance Divisions before holding various human capital management roles, ultimately as Vice President for Recruiting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Accounting from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Cristina is a Certified Professional Career and Business Coach, HR Consultant, Speaker and the Founder of Cristina Costa Coaching. She provides career and business leadership coaching services to diverse professionals and small business leaders. She supports her clients to navigate transitions in their careers, find alignment and purpose in their work, develop a growth mindset that increases their confidence and professional success. Cristina boasts over 15 + years of work experience in education, higher education, non profit and technology sectors, having held various HR, Talent and Learning Development roles at companies such as Northeastern University, YearUp, PayPal, HubSpot, Drift, Outco and Google.

 

Cristina is also a facilitator at HCI where she teaches Strategic Talent Acquisition, Strategic Diversity Equity and Inclusion and also Onboarding your Hybrid Workforce and has taught over 800 HR professionals and leaders. Gianna Driver is the Chief People Officer at Lattice. Gianna manages the strategy and processes related to building, investing in, and retaining talent at Lattice. She’s responsible for architecting the company’s people and organizational design strategy, driving company culture initiatives, and leading the global human resources function. Gianna has been in the HR and tech industry for nearly two decades and is passionate about the intersectionality of people, productivity, and business results. Nathaniel M. Glasser

Member of the Firm at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.

 

As a co-leader of Epstein Becker Green's AI practice group, Nathaniel advises clients on how to maximize the benefits of AI in recruitment and selection while minimizing potential risks. Nathaniel also regularly counsels clients with respect to AI governance, evaluation of AI tools, and the conduct of bias audits.

 

Nathaniel prepared multiple clients for the implementation of New York City Local Law 144, governing “automated employment decision tools,” has overseen bias audits and validity studies regarding AI tools deployed in the workplace, and advised clients with respect to designing effective AI governance models.

 

Nathaniel received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and his law degree from New York University, where he served as an Executive Editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics. 

 

 

Ross Mahaffey

Formerly Director, Talent Acquisition at Uber

 

Ross is a Talent Acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience leading recruiting and sourcing teams in the Silicon Valley, and beyond. Neel Doshi

Neel is the co-founder of Vega Factor and co-author of bestselling book, Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation. Previously, Neel was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, CTO and founding member of an award-winning tech startup, and employee of several mega-institutions. He studied engineering at MIT and received his MBA from Wharton. In his spare time, he’s an avid yet mediocre woodworker and photographer.
